Aquatic Stars Masters is register under USMS.United States Masters Swimming (USMS) exists to promote fitness and health in adults by offering and supporting Masters Swimming programs. US Master Swimmers you are now welcomed to try evening practices,which will improve your swimming technique and will keep you in a great fitness or competitive level.We will offer competition,triathlon and marathon training with specialized programs to individual needs.Your training will be based on personal needs that will fall in the daily training plan.If you are getting ready for a swimming event your every day practice will be modified,so you can accomplish your goal.

We welcome master swimmers 18 years and over who want to swim for fitness or compete.You can prepare for triathlon,open water events,practice stroke and turns,water entry,work on efficient swimming technique and improve your stamina.

To join the team and register under USMS follow the link below.When you register your practice fee will be $7.You will receive a USMS card that you'll need to register for competitions and show to the coach on deck.

We have structured workouts for beginner,intermediate and advanced swimmers.Practices vary from 800 yards to 3000 yards an hour.
